Headaches During Pregnancy
Headaches are another pregnancy rite of passage for many women. If you're reluctant to take acetaminophen (for example, Tylenol), which, by the way, is generally considered to be perfectly safe to take during pregnancy, you might want to try a few other techniques for getting rid of a headache:
- Lie down with a cool cloth on your head.
- Eat more frequently to keep your blood sugar on an even kilter.
- Ask your partner to massage your feet. (The big toe is the acupuncture point for the head.)
