Here's what you can do:

Check out the Challenges. Even if you missed out on the Boot Camp, you can still take part! Just read through the Challenges and put yourself through Dr. Weissbluth's action plan to get your kid sleeping through the night.

Hi all, specfically to Exhasted01a:  I'm having a similiar problem w/my 2 year old. Within the last month his sleeping pattern is sleeping during the day and up all night.  He will go to sleep @ 7 0r 8 am and will sleep like 12 hours until 7 or 8 pm.  He doesn't have any develop. issues that I know of, but am considering getting him tested.  Has Anyone else dealt w/this issue?

Prior to the sleep bootcamp we had two and a half years of sleep issues. In the three weeks that our family has been following Dr. Weissbluth's advice our whole "sleep world" has changed! Our little guy is sleeping through the night and my husband and I are no longer zombies! THANK YOU Dr. Weissbluth!!!!

My 3.5 year old goes to bed at 7pm and wakes at 5am. I have read your book and tried to keep him up later and he still wakes up at the same time. I keep returning him to his room but he "chats... babbles" so LOUDLY. He has developmental issues (SPD, language disorder, low tone, etc.) so trying to get him to keep quiet and comprehend is half the issue. We live in a 1960's split so the bedroom are on top of each other and he wakes up the other kids. Last year he got his tonsils and adenoids removed and that made him a sounder sleeper. If given the choice, he would go to bed at 6:30 but I fear he would wake at 4:30am! Dealing with him is a challenge in itself but being sleep deprived, I'm at the end of my rope. Do I just have a lark? He is so happy and rested when he wakes.

I have a 5mo old with Acid Reflux. He has been sleeping in his swing since birth. He is now starting to roll over and the swing is not really safe for him. He does not like to sleep in his crib nor does he like to lie flat. What can I do for him to sleep? Thanks

Dr. Weissbluth's strategies have really improved sleep around my house. I'm struggling with my baby's sleep schedule right now. I can't seem to figure out when she needs to nap.
