Betty Rosbottom & Charles Schiller

Betty Rosbottom is the author of The Big Book of Backyard Cooking, Coffee, and Waffles and Sunday Soup. She writes a syndicated column, "That's Entertaining," for Tribune Media Services and is a frequent contributor to Bon Appétit magazine. When she's not writing or hosting a popular New England cooking show called "On the Menu," she leads culinary tours to Europe. She lives in Amherst, Massachusetts. Charles Schiller has been photographing beautiful images of food and still life for over twenty years. His clients include advertising agencies, magazines, and select book publishers.
