Christi Covington was a former Central Texas reporter until she was promoted to full-time motherhood two years ago. She and her husband, Jason, stay busy with their two little boys, two dogs and all sorts of activities. In between, they all love to eat together and try new recipes (with an emphasis on healthy options).
