Biography

Diane Phillips is the author of 14 cookbooks. She teaches cooking all over the world and has been featured at schools and cooking centers including Viking Culinary Arts Center, Sur La Table, Draegerâs, and La Combe en PÃ©rigord. She is also a consultant to the food and beverage industry, having helped to develop products and menu items for companies such as General Mills and Foodmaker, Inc. James Baigrie is a San Francisco-based photographer. His work for Chronicle Books includes Slow Cooker: The Best Cookbook Ever and Kids in the Holiday Kitchen.
