Biography

Mother of two adult children, author and veteran human resources executive, Barbara Dwyer founded The Job Journey in 2000, after observing a trend among Generation Y job applicants who failed to pass the interview process. Dwyer developed an intense, interactive program and series of workshops to help teens transition from school to work. They learn to take personal responsibility in their families, communities and careers. Barbara mentors young adults and coaches parents in how to help teens become successful, self-sufficient adults.
