Christine Allen, Ph.D.

Christine Allen, Ph.D., is a licensed clinical psychologist in Syracuse, NY. She has been in private practice for more than 15 years and works with children, adolescents, adults and families who have a wide variety of life stresses and problems. She is an adjunct faculty member in the psychology department at Syracuse University and is former director of both the women's program and the trauma program at the Benjamin Rush Center in Syracuse, New York. She is past president of the Central New York Psychological Association.

Dr. Allen has recently added personal and professional coaching to her psychotherapy practice. She is a member of the International Coach Federation and is pursuing additional certification in life coaching. Dr. Allen particularly enjoys assisting others in finding balance between work and family, reducing stress, pursuing weight and fitness goals and developing fulfilling relationships with others.
