Desmond P. Kelly, M.D., F.A.A.P., is the medical director for the children's hospital developmental-behavioral pediatrics program in Greenville, SC. He received his medical training and has practiced in England and South Africa as well as in the U.S.
Dr. Kelly is a past member of the executive committee of the American Academy of Pediatrics section of developmental and behavioral pediatrics and currently serves on the sub-board of developmental-behavioral pediatrics of the American Board of Pediatrics, which is responsible for assessing the training and knowledge of specialists in his field prior to their board certification.
Dr. Kelly's areas of specialty interest are learning disorders, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, hearing impairment and speech and language disorders.
