Dina Aronson, M.S., R.D.
Dina Aronson, M.S., R.D., is an internationally recognized nutritionist specializing in food allergies and plant-based nutrition. She earned her undergraduate degree in nutrition from Cornell University and her graduate degree from Tufts University.
Ms. Aronson is the president of Welltech Solutions, a health and wellness consulting company. She spends much of her time writing articles, giving lectures and workshops, and consulting to both individuals and companies large and small. Her work has appeared in The Washington Post, The Boston Globe, Body & Soul Magazine, Natural Health, VegNews, http://www.vegfamily.com and Today's Dietitian.
Ms. Aronson is coauthor of two books: Minerals from Plant Foods: Strategies for Maximizing Nutrition, and Food Allergy Survival Guide: Surviving and Thriving with Food Allergies and Sensitivities. She is the recipient of numerous awards, including the American Dietetic Association's Recognized Young Dietitian of the Year Award in 2002. She lives in New Jersey with her husband and toddler.
