Katy Lebbing, Lactation Consultant

Katy Lebbing is the manager of the Center for Breastfeeding Information (C.B.I.) at La Leche League International, the world's largest breastfeeding support group. The C.B.I. is one of the world's largest resources for breastfeeding information. Lebbing works daily with La Leche League staff and volunteers, parents, health care professionals and the media to provide breastfeeding research information.

Lebbing is also a La Leche League leader and an international board-certified lactation consultant. She is married and has four children—one daughter and three sons. She runs a private practice as a lactation consultant and teaches prenatal breastfeeding classes at a Chicago-area hospital.
