Laurel Fay, M.S., L.C.M.F.T.

Laurel Fay, M.S., L.C.M.F.T., is a Licensed Clinical Marriage and Family Therapist with a private practice in Silver Spring, Maryland. She sees individuals, families and couples, and specializes in working with couples on issues of emotional intimacy and communication. Ms. Fay has a bachelor's degree in psychology and child and family studies from Syracuse University and a M.S. in marriage and family therapy from the University of Maryland. She holds both Clinical Member and Approved Supervisor designations from the American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy (AAMFT). Ms. Fay has given workshops on family relationships to several organizations, including the Maryland Psychological Association (MPA). Her articles have been featured in Your Health and the Montgomery County Mental Health Association's (MHA) newsletter. Ms. Fay lives in the Washington, D.C. metro area with her husband and twin daughters.
