Biography

Monica Meadows, Ph.D., R.D., L.D., is a faculty member in nutritional sciences at the University of Texas at Austin. She teaches Nutrition Through the Lifecycle, Nutrition Education & Counseling, International Nutrition and Introductory Nutrition. She also instructs classes for the Coordinated Program in Dietetics, which is a program that trains students to be dietitians and supervises students in their clinical dietetics rotations. She has coauthored multiple scientific abstracts in the fields of nutrition sciences and nutrition education.
In addition to her work at the university, Dr. Meadows enjoys traveling, cooking and spending time with her family and friends.
