Randi Levine, R.D.
Biography

Randi Levine graduated from the University of Delaware, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Dietetics. She earned a Certificate of Advanced Studies in her Dietetic Internship at C.W. Post Long Island University, where she also earned a Master's Degree in Sports Nutrition. Her literary graduate thesis was titled "Excessive Adiposity and the Development of Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus in Youth." She is a registered dietitian, certified dietitian-nutritionist and a certified diabetes educator. She worked as a clinical nutritionist at Long Island Jewish Hospital and Schneider Children's Hospital, focusing on diabetes education. Randi was also a preceptor to dietetic interns while working in the hospital setting. She is currently working as a registered dietitian and certified diabetes educator at the Gerald J. Friedman Diabetes Institute Outreach Program.
