Biography
Scott Haltzman, M.D., is the founder of http://www.DrScott.com. Dr. Haltzman is board certified in psychiatry and is a Distinguished Fellow of the American Psychiatric Association. He is a graduate of Brown University and received his medical degree from Brown Medical School. He completed his psychiatric training and chief residency at Yale University.
Currently, Dr. Haltzman is the Medical Director of NRI Community Services in Woonsocket, RI, and he also maintains a private psychiatric practice. A sought-after speaker on the lecture circuit, he has given numerous presentations, including lectures at the Smart Marriages conference and the American Psychiatric Association annual convention.
Dr. Haltzman has been seen on the Today show, Good Morning America, 20/20, and The Situation with Tucker Carlson, and has been cited in Time, Glamour, Psychology Today, The New York Times, The Washington Post and other national media. His wit and insights have inspired audiences throughout the country.
