Biography

Dr. Susan B. Roberts is a professor at the Friedman School of Nutrition Science and Policy at Tufts University. She is also chief of the Energy Metabolism Laboratory at the Jean Mayer U.S.D.A. Human Nutrition Research Center on Aging. She received her Ph.D. in Nutrition from the University of Cambridge, England.
