Lisa Von Drasek

Lisa Von Drasek is the Children's Librarian of the Bank Street College of Education. She is the teacher/librarian for pre-k through 8th grade as well as a teacher of children's literature to graduate students. Lisa reviews children's books for Nick Jr Magazine, The Barnes and Noble Review, The New York Times, The Washington Post and other publications. Lisa has been named a 2007 Mover and Shaker by Library Journal as a leader in the field of librarianship. She has served as a juror on the New York Times Best Illustrated, the Newbery Committee, and American Library Association's Notable Children's Books.
