Mary Turos

Mary Turos, a teacher with more than 15 years' experience, founded Confident Student to offer children and adults with learning disabilities and behavioral challenges customized educational services. Turos has developed strategies and techniques based on neuroscience to meet the needs of each person utilizing her experience as a classroom teacher and curriculum development specialist. A nationally recognized expert on executive functioning, Turos frequently presents for professionals and parents on topics pertaining to self-advocacy, organizational skills, parenting skills, academic subject areas and time management.
