Biography

Rick Rodgers has written over thirty cookbooks on diverse subjects including IACP Cookbook Award nominees Kaffeehaus and The Carefree Cook, and nine books for Williams-Sonoma. Rick is the recipient of Bon Appétit's prestigious American Food and Entertaining Award for Outstanding Cooking Teacher and is one of the busiest teachers in the field. He is a frequent contributor to Bon Appétit, and his work has also appeared in Cooking Light, Fine Cooking, and Food and Wine.
