I´m sorry but is it really a must to use a skinny fake boob woman in the ad for nursing bras....really!?

Anyway, I just wanted to say that it can help having a swim ring to sit on when you get home if you have had some stitches. This will lessen the pressure and you can even sit straight up:O)

I don't like washable nursing pads, they always leak with me. But that's just me. And I've actually never heard of using witch hazel for hemrrhoids, nice to know!! I usually get hemmrrhoids after my births, not bad but I have always gotten them.

This is going to sound strange and it might be TMI... After my son was born, I complained to hubby about not feeling like my stitches "down there" got clean enough after a shower. (Hey- it gets tender. Nobody wants to scrub painful stitches) Anyway, at the hospital they had one of those detachable shower heads and it worked wonders in getting every thing squeaky clean! So, my wonderful man went out and bought me one that connected right to our existing shower head. Installed in minutes and it was wonderful! I told my SIL about it when she had a baby and she made her husband get her one too.
