Things That'll Make You Feel Beautiful

Lets face it, it's hard to feel like a hottie when you haven't slept in ages, you barely have time to snag a shower and you're constantly covered in your kid's lunch. But it can be done! Here are fast, easy ways to become a delicious dish once again (something other than mac and cheese, thank you!).

Get a great haircut.

Take a bath. Bubbles and candles mandatory!

Shave your legs.

Get dolled up. Hair, makeup, a new dress, heels—the works—even if it's only to go to the grocery store.

Eliminate dairy products from your diet and be rewarded with radiant, acne-free skin!

Get a mani-pedi with some non-toxic polish.

Stand up straight. Good posture gives you an instant lift.

Get a facial or give yourself one at home.

Eat less unhealthy food by eating off of a smaller plate. You'll feel healthier, more beautiful and better about your body when you cut down on the junk food.

Drink more water. It hydrates the skin and flushes toxins out of the body so they don't show up as pimples on your face.
