Daily dish
Up your grillin' ante with this delicious dish. It'll take your barbecue from blah to oh-la-la!
Dish Needs:
- 1 lb. pork tenderloin
- ¼ pear, chopped
- 2 ounces (½ cup) blue cheese crumbles
- 2 tablespoons chopped walnuts
- cooking twine
Dish It Out:
- 1. Heat grill to medium-low heat. Butterfly pork tenderloin and lay flat.
- 2. Sprinkle pear, blue cheese and walnuts evenly over pork tenderloin.
- 3. Roll up tenderloin and tie closed with cooking twine.
- 4. Grill over medium-low heat until tenderloin is cooked through (approx. 20 minutes).
Dish Tips:
- Add something sweet and buy precut pineapple and serve it with the tenderloin.
