Pear and Blue Cheese Stuffed Pork Tenderloin

Up your grillin' ante with this delicious dish. It'll take your barbecue from blah to oh-la-la!

Dish Needs:
  • 1 lb. pork tenderloin
  • ¼ pear, chopped
  • 2 ounces (½ cup) blue cheese crumbles
  • 2 tablespoons chopped walnuts
  • cooking twine
Dish It Out:
  1. 1. Heat grill to medium-low heat. Butterfly pork tenderloin and lay flat.
  2. 2. Sprinkle pear, blue cheese and walnuts evenly over pork tenderloin.
  3. 3. Roll up tenderloin and tie closed with cooking twine.
  4. 4. Grill over medium-low heat until tenderloin is cooked through (approx. 20 minutes).
Dish Tips:
  • Add something sweet and buy precut pineapple and serve it with the tenderloin.
