Spicy Baked Salmon

It's true: fish smells. But it's really good for you.

Dish Needs:
  • 1 lb. salmon fillet
  • 3 green onions, chopped
  • ¼ cup balsamic vinegar
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon red chili flakes
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
Dish It Out:
  1. 1. Combine all ingredients in a large resealable bag.

  2. 2. Marinate for 4 hours or overnight.
  3. 3. Preheat oven to 375° F.
  4. 4. Place salmon in a 9" x 13"–inch pan and pour remaining marinade over the top.
  5. 5. Bake for 30–40 minutes, until cooked through.
Dish Tips:
  • Line the pan with aluminum foil to make for an easy cleanup.
