Spicy Baked Salmon

Now that you can hack food that's more odiferous, get on the salmon bandwagon. It's stuffed with Omega-3 fatty acids.


  • 1 lb. salmon fillet
  • 3 green onions, chopped
  • ¼ cup balsamic vinegar
  • ¼ cup olive oil 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon red chili flakes
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

1 Combine all ingredients in a large resealable bag.

2 Marinate for 4 hours or overnight.

3 Preheat oven to 375° F.

4 Place salmon in a 9" x 13"–inch pan and pour remaining marinade over the top.

5 Bake for 30–40 minutes, until cooked through.

  • Line the pan with aluminum foil to make for an easy cleanup.

I made this last night and it was super good. I only put the chile peppers over half of the salmon (so the kids would eat it) and it worked really well).
