| 1 | Heat oven to 350°F.

| 2 | Grease a 9-inch pie plate.

| 3 | Place the pumpkin, evaporated milk, butter, eggs, sugar, biscuit mix, pumpkin pie spice and vanilla extract in blender.

| 4 | Blend on medium speed until smooth.

| 5 | Pour into pie plate.
|
| 6 | Bake 50 to 55 minutes or until a knife inserted in the center of the pie comes out clean.

| 7 | Cool, slice and serve with whipped topping.
