Choose Sunscreen With an SPF of 30 or Higher
Your kids SPF factor should be a number closer to your age than theirs. When selecting your sun protection factor, reach for sunscreens with an SPF in the 30s or higher. Take time to read the labels and choose products identified as "broad-spectrum" sunscreen—they'll be effective against both UVA and UVB rays.
