Take Some Me-Time
We moms are often so busy taking care of others that we forget to take time for ourselves! But Mommy time-outs are SO necessary! Everybody who knows me knows that a long, hot bath sends me on a spiritual vacation. To reach your personal nirvana, do something that refreshes your soul: a night out with girlfriends, snuggling up with a good book, or a mani-pedi. A few minutes spent with yourself away from the daily grind will leave you feeling physically invigorated and mentally sharp.
