Our modern conveniences have sure made us lazy! So the next time you run errands or play with your kid, think about how you can make it more of a physical activity. Walk to the store instead of driving. Take the stairs instead of the escalator or elevator. Shoot hoops with your kids instead of plopping in front of the tube after school. Making these tiny adjustments in your daily routine just puts you in a better, healthier frame of mind.
