When you're on a budget and can't afford the whole shebang (outfit, purse, shoes and new hair cut, etc.), opt for the bag or the shoes. As long as you have your LBD (little black dress), you can always accessorize with a nice pair of shoes and a great bag and still look trendy without spending a wad of cash.
