Citrus Fruits and Juices
We all know that oranges and other folks in the citrus family are vitamin C powerhouses, but it's always good to hear it again, right? In fact, a small orange, a sesame orange smoothie or glass of plain old OJ has 116 percent of your kid's daily C needs. Another cool fact: Penny-pinching frozen concentrate has double the vitamin C per serving than the stuff in the cartons! Yay for being cheap!
