Salty and Crunchy Snacks
Salty, crispy and savory goodies are always a sure way to calm those hunger pangs. These are also great snacks to stock for impromptu girls'-night get-togethers (just remember that glass of wine—or three!—has calories, too!).
- 6 whole-grain crackers with 1 tablespoon of peanut butter
- ¼ cup of mixed nuts
- 10 baked tortilla chips dipped in 2 tablespoons of salsa
- 10 pretzels with 2 tablespoons almond butter or Nutella
