Just because it's raining doesn't mean you HAVE to stay in. Before you head to the airport, look up a local children's museum, aquarium or even a movie theater near your hotel. That way, if/when the weather falls apart, you'll pull out your list and let the kids choose their destination (try not to push too hard for the movies!).
