Make Breakfast for Dinner
Kids think it's fun, and you'll think you got a get-out-of-cooking-dinner pass. Whip up individual omelettes with low-fat cheese and veggies, and serve with whole-grain English muffins, or do whole-grain waffles with peanut butter, soy butter or sunflower butter topped with sliced bananas.
