Talk Like a Pilgrim
Send your computer-savvy kids over to the Plimoth Plantation Web site and challenge them to spice up the Thanksgiving table chatter by learning to talk like Pilgrims. Older kids can play teacher to younger kids, and all the kids will have a blast puzzling and entertaining the adults at dinner. (Added bonus: Pilgrim speak might even overshadow any uncomfortable political or religious debates at the table!)
