Salt + Water Softener + Aluminum
Are you hiding those amazing silver serving pieces Grandma gave you because they're totally tarnished? To get them shining Martha Stewart bright, just dissolve 1 tablespoon of ordinary salt and 1 tablespoon of water softener in an aluminum pie plate or regular dish covered in aluminum foil. Rub this solution on large silver pieces and then proudly display them for company. (But keep the French maid getup strictly for your partner!)
