Meg Ryan may have been annoying with her off-the-menu orders in When Harry Met Sally ... but she was on to something: you can up the good-for-you factor with a few minor tweaks. Ask for an omelet with egg whites instead of whole eggs (less cholesterol). Swap out white toast for whole wheat (for more fiber). Ask for grilled chicken instead of fried (for less than half the fat) or a hamburger without the bun (to save about 100 calories—at least!).
