Easy Felt Barrette Craft
These cute barrettes also make great gifts.

These pretty barrettes are easily crafted by little hands. All together now: Clip, clip hooray!
- Barrettes
- Colored felt
- Rickrack (zigzag fabric)
- Buttons
- Glue
- For the flower barrette, cut six tear shapes.
- For the bow barrette, cut a bow shape.
- For the bar barrettes, cut a rounded rectangle.
- For the flower barrette, cut six tear shapes.
- For the flower barrette, glue the six tear shapes into a flower and then glue a big button onto the center of the flower.
- For the bow barrette, glue a button where the knot would be.
- For the fabric bar barrette, glue a strip of fabric to the center and apply a blue button to the very center.
- For the rickrack barrette, glue two strips of rickrack to the base.
- For the flower barrette, glue the six tear shapes into a flower and then glue a big button onto the center of the flower.
Glue your felt base, complete with decoration, onto the blank fabric base. Let dry.
Apply hot glue or white glue to the blank hair clip and press your base felt shape onto the hair clip. Let dry.
