Homemade Poster Paint Recipe
Get ready for the pep rally (or just some good old fashioned painting fun) with this easy recipe for homemade poster paints.
1 cup water
¼ cup flour
Dry tempera paint (available at the craft store)
¼ teaspoon liquid dish detergent
Mix together the water and flour in a saucepan.
2) Cook over medium heat for three minutes, stirring occasionally.
3) When the mixture starts to thicken, remove from the heat.
4) Separate into portions. (As many portions as you want colors.)
5) Add the paint and the dish detergent and, if necessary, an additional two tablespoons of water.
6) Mix well and have fun!
