Make Wooden Block Instruments
Make some easy noisemakers for your kid (and keep him from banging together your spendy saucepans)!
1) Cut or buy two toddler-sized pieces of wood for your toddler to bang together. (If you don't have a saw, you can get the guys at your local hardware store to cut them for you!)
2) Glue a small piece of sandpaper to each block. This will make an awesome sound when your kid rubs them together. (Just be sure to keep a close eye on your kid, in case he decides to sand your dining room table with his new toys!)
