Make Playtime Less Overwhelming

My daughter was always so overwhelmed by all of her toys that she never ended up playing with any of them. One day, I decided to select one toy and put it out for her. She went straight for it and played with it for a long time. So now, every morning, I place a different "Toy of the Day" out onto a small table in my daughter's playroom. She instantly gravitates to it and isn't overwhelmed. And I don't feel like I wasted a ton of hard-earned money on stuff she never touches!
