My Crazy Ordeal with my peytie Poo's birth!

I had a pretty crazy labor! It got going fast once I was admitted. I went in at 10:30am and had her by 5:52 pm! I was pretty against epidurals but the nurse talked me into one. Which was GREAT for the hour it worked then my body must have rejected it because it completely went away so they had me press the button to give me another dose... that didn’t work, so then the anesthitician came in to give me another dose and that didn’t work either, and right when he was about to give me a new one it was too late it was time to push!! Then... I went from feeling nada to the WORST pain imaginable which put my body into shock and then Peyton came a bit too fast; I only had to push 4-5 times. Dr Miller thought I only had a tiny tear but it turned out to be a HUGE problem. After she arrived I was bleeding profusely and I asked the nurse if this was normal because she had to change me every 20-30 min. She said that everyone was different and not t worry but then thought differently when I passed out 3 times! She measured the amount of blood I had lost at just that one changing and it was 550cc's which that alone was hemorrhaging and she had already changed me about 8 times! so I ended up having to get emergency midnight surgery and it turned out I had torn a huuuge band of tissues and busted arteries, and my labia had swelled to about the size of half a football. I ended up having 4 blood transfusions and ended up being pretty famous with the nurse’s lol But all in all it was completely worth it for my healthy baby girl Peyton Tennessee born 3-26-10 8lbs 9oz 21in :) I love her sooo incredibly much it’s insane. I can’t believe she’s 4 weeks old already!!! it goes sooo fast
