Birth Stories: keyziah's special birth

when i was about 7months i learned my daughter may not make it .she has hyperplastic left heart syndrome.at birth she was kinda easy to deliver,but a few minutes later she began to turn blue.she needed a openheart sergery,boy was i scared.we flew from nj to boston were she was operated on,(there staff is so welcoming and nice)lil keyziah showed so much strength to survive,she was a fighter and still is.she wanted the will to live you can see it in her lil eyes,she was keeping me strong by seeing how strong she was.she stayed thier for 2months,always smiling when she wasnt sedated.i would wonder how can she smile at a time like this?then i realized she was an angel sent from the heavens to teach me how to be strong,if she could go thru this with a smile and no worrries,then theres nothing i cant conqure.everytime i get worried or scared i think about my lil angel and how strong she is.she has undergone 2 openheart surgeries so far and she's doing so well,remmember the dr.,said she wasnt gonna make it, huh, he must not know the power and will of an true angel. she's 3yrs old now and super smart .she always smiling at every and anyone.she tells everyone how much she loves them even if she doesnt know them.keyziah has her last open heart surgery scheduled for the month of june or july. the date hasnt been established yet.all that i can say is sometimes big gifts come in small packages! mommie loves you keyziah.
