I Think I'm Really in Labor This Time!

it was the 5th of may and i was already over due and i started to get light contractions but nothing to painful so i thought i would go to bed and try to get some sleep. I went to the toilet before i went to bed and noticed that my pad was wet but just thought it was a little bit of urine because the doctor said that was normal. I woke again at 2am with really sharp pains about 4 min apart so i decided to call the hospital. They told me to call again once they got worse and about a hour later i couldnt take it anymore and went to the hospital... I got a internal check and i was 5 cm. i had a bath and that helped with the pain.. about 3 hours later i was 7 cm dialated and in alot of pain so i got a pethadine shot. by 11 am i was telling the nurse that i felt like i needed to push so they put a heart rate monitor on my belly and the doctor came in and tried to break my waters but they had alredy broken! As my contractions were getting closer together and more painful my babys heart rate dropped right down next to nothing so the doctor had to get her out staright away there was at least to doctors pulling and pushing my legs trying to help jelsie come out becuase there was no time for a emergency c section! After about a hour of pushing her heart stopped and mine felt like it did to i was so worried so the doc used the forceps to get her out asap after he got her head out her shoulder got stuck behind my pubic bone so again i was getting poked and prodded and finally kelsie was born... She got rushed staright to the nursery and i didnt get to hold her in my arms or see for 12 hours because she was getting oxygen and i had to have a blood transfusion. The next day kelsie could finally come out of the nursery and she was good as gold the doctors done a wonderful job without them i woiuldnt have my beautiful baby girl i love her so much
