I never thought about having any kids EVER! Then when I met my husband, I wanted a baby! So we planned one.
The birth was horrible. I was due July 26, but I still hadn't had my daughter yet so they induced me on the 28th and I had her on the 29th! They gave me an IV when I first got there. Then, after a while, they gave me something to start my contractions. It wasn't that bad, so I ate some food. Well, then they came and gave me Stadol. I was knocked out for a while!
I guess they broke my water while I was asleep because I don't even remember them doing that. When I woke up, a woman asked me if I wanted the epidural. I told her no—I was so messed up on that Stadol, I wasn't really wide awake. Well, my mother and sister and husband went down the hall to get some food. By the time they came back, I was screaming in pain and my husband asked what's wrong. I told him I had to poop really bad.
Well, then I rolled over and the baby's head was coming out and my sister about fainted lol! So it took 45 minutes to push my beautiful daughter out and I did it all natural and am very proud of it!
