Breastfeeding a Toddler
First off, you deserve a gold star for nursing your child so long! Congratulations on making it this far!
Nursing is a team effort. I feel that you should nurse as long as both members of the team want to continue. Women in some cultures will nurse one child until the next one comes along or even nurse a toddler and an infant simultaneously. However, either you or your toddler can decide it is time to stop. You are allowed to say that you want your body back to yourself. Your child is also allowed to decide when to weanand you should respect that decision, too.
As for pressure from friends and family, welcome to being a parent. You will make decisions about your child that may not sit well with friends or your Aunt Edna. That's just tough for themstick to your guns.
