What can I do to get my infant to eat her veggies?
Often, a food must be introduced 10 or more times before a baby gets used to the flavor and decides to like the food. So keep trying to introduce healthy foods like vegetables. If you don't give up easily, eventually, your baby will probably like all sorts of different foods. Because fruits are sweet naturally, it's no surprise that babies often like fruits better and faster than other foods. That doesn't mean that parents should avoid vegetables, but instead, they should keep trying to introduce them to their child's diet.
Also, if you're just starting solid foods, I recommend starting by giving your baby cereal mixed with liquid first. Then, next, I recommend starting vegetables. As babies tend to like fruits more, introducing vegetables as a first food can help babies to develop a taste for them that they otherwise wouldn't.
