Maybe Baby Nurse??

My friends have told me that when you come home from the hospital a baby nurse is the greatest thing in the world. She takes care of the baby when you're too tired but also backs off when needed.
I'm coming home from the hospital to a house full of people and after they all leave a 2 yr old who will want more mommy attention than daddy attention because he hasn't seen me in a couple of days. My husband only has 1 week leave and I will be with a newborn who I will have to attend to and Elijah. I'm not sure if he will be jealous of the baby{probably not..}but this will be a new addition to our family and some things will have to change.
Do you guys think a baby nurse would be needed for those first couple of weeks??
