Baby Sleep: Remind Visitors to Keep Their Visits Short

Just because you can dress yourself and stand upright after having your baby doesn't mean the whole neighborhood should feel OK just "stopping by" and staying—forever. Cut those visits short by staying in your PJs while at home. It's a visual reminder to visitors, family and yourself that you're really not feeling up to snuff. (Added bonus: It's so much more comfortable.) This way you and your baby can sleep when needed.
