Baby Sleep? What's That??

Sooo I am totally one of THOSE parents. We had our baby girl Dani and when she was 6 months old, we lost our home in a fire. We were staying with family because of the fire, so when Dani woke up in the middle of the night, I would put her in my bed to save others in the house from getting upset. So now she will be 3 in January and I CANNOT get her to her own room! I've decorated it with her favorite things. I stayed in there till baby falls asleep and comes out in the middle of the night and crawls in bed with me. To make matters worse, she is not potty training and still has a sippy! I feel like I'm doing everything I criticized before I had a baby and I'm being a lazy mom ... HELP!
