How Lisa Whelchel Keeps Track of Baby's Comfort Objects

When my kids were little, they had blankies that they always had to have with them. If you lost it, it was the end of the world. So instead of risking baby meltdowns, I bought one super-large blanket and cut it into smallish blanky pieces. Then I lined it with a satin liner (you don't have to do that, I just like to sew, so it was easy for me). Then, if they lost it, I just gave them another one! Also, it allowed me to replace their blankets when it was time to wash them (which was pretty often, because they got pretty dirty!).
