Avoid Sunburn With This Sun Protection Advice

Since I never know when my spontaneous kids are going to wind up exposed to a lot more sun than I was thinking they would, I have them just cover their bodies in sunscreen every morning in the summer, BEFORE they put their clothes on. That way, if my son is playing in a friend's hot backyard and decides to strip off his shirt, or if my daughter gets invited to her friend's pool—both examples of times in past years when they've wound up with a bad sunburn!—they're already covered with sun protection.
